Returns are handled under the terms of the specific quotation and order. Every return needs an RMA reference before anything ships back — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Getting an RMA

Email hi@ausuperior.com or message WhatsApp +1 650 360 0123 with your order reference and the serial numbers involved
Describe the issue and attach supporting photos or video
We respond within 24 hours; approved returns receive an RMA reference and the return address

Return shipping requirements

Use ESD-safe packing — anti-static bags or trays, as received
Use a tracked shipping service and share the tracking number
Mark the RMA reference on the outer carton
Freight responsibility and any applicable fees follow the order terms

Verification on receipt

Returned modules are verified serial number by serial number against the order SN list
Modules not on the list, or with removed/altered labels, cannot be accepted
Once verified, the agreed resolution — replacement, credit or as stated in the order terms — is processed and confirmed to you in writing
