Every order includes a dead-on-arrival (DOA) replacement window. The specific window and remedy are stated in each quotation and order confirmation — this page explains how coverage works.

What DOA coverage includes

Modules dead on arrival (fail on first installation)
Items that do not match the order (wrong part number or brand)
Quantity shortages against the packing list
Damage in transit, documented on receipt

What is not covered

Physical damage occurring after delivery
Damage from improper installation, handling or ESD exposure after unpacking
Software, firmware or platform-compatibility issues where the module passes standard memory testing
Modules whose serial numbers are not on the order SN list
Modules with removed or altered labels

How a claim works

Contact us within the DOA window stated in your order terms — email hi@ausuperior.com or WhatsApp +1 650 360 0123
Provide the order reference, affected serial numbers, and photos or a short video of the symptom
Claims are verified against the SN list and test report that shipped with your order
We acknowledge claims within 24 hours and confirm the resolution path — replacement, credit or as otherwise stated in your order terms

All products are pre-owned, tested, server-pull unless stated otherwise. We do not describe products as "new", "refurbished" or "zero-failure". See Testing & Evidence for how goods are tested and documented.
