Packing photos and a carton list are documented before handoff

Carriers & routes

Air freight first: insured, trackable services to the US, Asia, Europe and Oceania
Route, transit time and Incoterm are stated in each quotation
Hong Kong pickup and US domestic delivery available where quoted

Customs

Clearance can be included or self-managed — stated per quotation
We provide accurate commercial documentation for the goods as sold
Import duties, taxes and destination charges follow the agreed Incoterm

Tracking & receipt

Tracking numbers are shared at handoff
Inspect on receipt and document any transit damage immediately — see Warranty & DOA
