Frequently asked questions

Are these modules new?

No — all modules are pre-owned, tested, server-pull from decommissioned US data-center servers. We do not describe products as new or refurbished; see our Testing & Evidence page for how each lot is tested and documented.

Can I mix 2666V, 2933Y and 3200AA in one server?

Mixed speed grades run at the slowest common speed. It works, but for predictable performance we recommend matching grade and rank within a bank. A faster grade in a slower platform simply down-clocks — that is normal, supported behavior.

What evidence comes with an order?

Every order ships with a per-module test report and a serial-number list, and you see actual-lot photos plus a sample SN excerpt before any payment. Packing photos and tracking are documented at handoff.

Do you ship to my country?

We deliver across the US, Asia, Europe and Oceania — air freight first, insured and trackable. Route, transit time and Incoterm are stated in each quotation; use the Shipping & Route Quote form for a specific lane.
